Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, telephone number, email address, the apartment concerned, your preferred move-in date and any message you provide. We only use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage a potential rental.

Storage and deletion

We retain the information for as long as it is needed for this purpose and then delete it. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies for it to function, for example for signing in. These are set without consent. If you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner, analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) are also set. They are used for anonymous visitor statistics, such as which pages are visited, approximate location and device type, and the data is shared with Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
